The ASAP (Association of Serviced Apartment Providers) is a not-for-profit association, based in the UK, and established to promote excellence in the provision of serviced apartments, executive suites and corporate housing. ASAP’s aim is to define the term ‘serviced apartment’, to embed it in the traveller’s psyche, and to promote a standard of accommodation they can expect to find every time.  They aim to influence and generate collaboration among members around developing the sector, and to share best practices.

For the consumer, it means you can be confident that those awarded ASAP accreditation anywhere in the world are delivering a consistently high standard of customer care, comfort and health and safety. I would like to give praise to Carrie (ExecuStay –Austin) for waiting on Saturday to get me checked into the apartment. 
My flight had been delayed four times so I arrived back in Austin later than planned and she went over and beyond to help me. 
It was pouring rain and she helped me get my luggage out of the taxi cab while I dealt with the cab driver. She is the Best!
