What's included in your rates? 

Our fully furnished apartments include all the necessary kitchen appliances, from cookware to coffeepot and flatware to vegetable peeler. When it comes to housewares we have it all, even the daily essentials such as laundry basket and ironing board.

What's more, our rates include all utilities, internet access and cable TV, as well as personalized custom care. Our goal is provide you with all the comforts and conveniences so you can focus on what's most important. Click here for more details on our all-inclusive rates.

Is there a minimum stay?

We require a minimum stay of 30 days with a 30-day notice to vacate. 

Do you provide housekeeping?

Housekeeping service is available for an additional charge and is available on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis and includes the following duties with each visit:

  • Clean sinks & countertops

  • Dust furniture & accessories

  • Clean exterior surfaces of refrigerator & stove

Having trouble with your TV or DVD player?

If your TV says “NO SIGNAL” try these steps:

  1. Make sure the cable box is on TV-Repair

  2. Press the INPUT or SOURCE button on your TV remote (not the U-Verse or Comcast remote) and change the component/TV setting to rotate through each input/source.
    1. Pause for 5 seconds between each input/source.
  3. You will also change this input setting to access your DVD player. Input settings vary by each TV manufacturer.
  4. Other issues can sometimes be resolved by resetting your cable box by unplugging it for 15 seconds.

Unable to connect to the Wi-Fi?

Refer to the tent card in your living room. In some cases,
unplugging the modem from power for 15 seconds will reset your signal.

HOW DO EXECUSTAY GUESTS EARN POINTS?

ExecuStay guests receive 2.5 points per dollar spent on qualifying charges.  Qualifying charges include your daily rate and any non-refundable fees.

HOW DO EXECUSTAY GUESTS EARN ELITE STATUS?

ExecuStay guests receive one status room night for every three day stay.

HOW ARE EXECUSTAY’S MARRIOTT REWARDS POINTS PROCESSED?

We submit our rewards report to the Marriott Rewards Department for posting the fifth of each month for the previous month.  These points may take up to 21 days to actually show on your Marriott Rewards Online account.

HOW CAN YOU CHECK YOUR MARRIOTT REWARDS ACCOUNT BALANCES?

HOW CAN I EARN MORE MARRIOTT REWARDS POINTS?

Visit marriottrewards.com and sign up for the Marriott Visa card.  With this card you will earn additional rewards by applying your ExecuStay payments, as well as any other Marriott brands, to this credit card. Always submit your Marriott Rewards number prior to move-in, as points can not be awarded retroactively
