What about rates?

Our rates are complete with no hidden costs of any kind…no deposits (unless pets are joining you), no taxes, no arena fees you would encounter at an extended stay hotel, no cleaning fees, and no limit on utility usage. The following rates are complete with no hidden costs, and are based on availability. We require a minimum stay of 30 days, with a 30-day notiuce to vacate. We quote daily rates because we will pro-rate rent in/out for partial months.

Is there housekeeping?

Housekeeping is available at your choice of frequency for a nominal additional fee.

Housekeeping service includes the following: empty trash, dust and vacuum throughout, mop wood/vinyl floors throughout, clean bathroom(s) completely, load and run dishwasher, clean kitchen counter & sink, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, replace used towels and linens with fresh. Since we include broom/dustpan, vacuum, iron/ironing board, laundry basket, toilet bowl brush & plunger, you basically have everything you need except your cleaning chemicals and rag.

Everything else is there if you want to do your own housekeeping.

Having trouble with your TV or DVD player?

If your TV says “NO SIGNAL” try these steps:

  1. Make sure the cable box is on.TV-Repair

  2. Press the “INPUT “ or “SOURCE” button on your black TV remote (not the U-Verse or Comcast remote) and change the component/TV setting to rotate through each input/source.
    1. Pause for 5 seconds between each input/source.
  3. You will also change this input setting to access your DVD player. Input settings vary by each TV manufacturer.
  4. Other issues can sometimes be resolved by resetting your cable box by unplugging it for 15 seconds.

Unable to connect to the Wi-Fi?

Refer to the tent card left in your living room. In some cases,
unplugging the modem from power for 15 seconds will reset your signal.

HOW DO EXECUSTAY GUESTS EARN POINTS?

ExecuStay guests receive 2.5 points per dollar spent on qualifying charges.  Qualifying charges include your daily rate and any non-refundable fees.

HOW DO EXECUSTAY GUESTS EARN ELITE STATUS?

ExecuStay guests receive one status room night for every three day stay.

HOW ARE EXECUSTAY’S MARRIOTT REWARDS POINTS PROCESSED?

We submit our rewards report to the Marriott Rewards Department for posting the fifth of each month for the previous month.  These points may take up to 21 days to actually show on your Marriott Rewards Online account.

HOW CAN YOU CHECK YOUR MARRIOTT REWARDS ACCOUNT BALANCES?

HOW CAN I EARN MORE MARRIOTT REWARDS POINTS?

Visit marriottrewards.com and sign up for the Marriott Visa card.  With this card you will earn additional rewards by applying your ExecuStay payments, as well as any other Marriott brands, to this credit card. Always submit your Marriott Rewards number prior to move-in, as points can not be awarded retroactively
